No.........not Coors (although a good beer)........but Corrs.
Group from Ireland.
Any of you fans of them. Have all of their albums, and just got the new one today. Verdict is still out on the new album, but it's got some potential.

I've heard that a good signiture sets you apart from everyone.
Well......is this good enough???
I'm a fan, I love the song Breathless from a few years ago, but its been a while since i've heard anything from them.

Like my fiance says, "I'd be a big fan of theirs . . . if they were strippers."

I love this group, but not to dance to. When they came out with their first US album, I was psyced cuz I had only been able to watch them on Canadian MUCH Music.

They just came out with a new album called "borrowed heaven" and it isn't too bad. I've listened to it 3 times and it's starting to wear on me.
I really wish they would do a few more Celtic songs though. Seems they are getting away from their roots somewhat.

Sounds like I may have to check out the new cd, I used to watch them on VH1 when there videos were on, but now I don't see them as much anymore.

They have been working their asses off (from what I have been reading) on this new album.

I love the Corrs! I actually "Breathless" a lot in SCs in the late 1990s; they've been off the radar after non-stop releases and touring for a couple of years. I've only heard "Summer Sunshine" so far (video's been out in the UK for several weeks; "Borrowed Heaven" album was just released).
Of the songs they've done, the only ones I can think would work as SC songs are "Breathless" and "Dreams" (cover of the Fleetwood Mac original).
The next big Irish pop quartet appears to be Bellefire. They have a new single called "Say Something Anyway" which is real sweet and may work as well.
"Women, not girls, rule my world" - Prince
"No parking on the dance floor" - Midnight Star
My friend met one of their cousins- he couldn't figure out with this Irish guy named Jim Corr said his favorite band was the Corrs..LOL...it probably didn't help that my pal was drunk/ hung over...and mysteriously asleep at a boat yard after a night of drunken sailor decadence....he figured it all out later.
