Default Where 2 freelance w/o Social Security Crd?

    Hi Everyone!

I'm a Canadian looking to freelance somewhere in the states, doesn't matter where really.
    BUT
I don't want to have to arrange green card, etc., and don't want to have to go on stage.

In Vegas I got lucky at Cheetas and they forgot about the sherrif's card; it was a really busy night and I was passed from one manager to another.

In Miami nobody cared about ID and no stage show required.

    Where else is like this????

    THANKS LADIES~!

There are some places in Houston that will look the other way. You can usually pay DJs $20 to go offstage. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like to give blow jobs in dark corners or are strong enough to say no to such lucrative offers

The thing about working like this is familiar b/c I did it. Lots of girls like to work places like this so that you don't give up your socia security number for whatever reason and they don't like to go onstage where they could be spotted. You say it doesn't really matter where, but I can think of several off the top of my head however the money in some of these places may not be to your liking or what you are used to.

Indianapolis clubs, Memphis and Nashville clubs, East St.Louis clubs, Miami and some in Orlando, these are based on my experiences in the last two years. And, of course not every single club in every town is gonna let you slide, but in each of the cities I mentioned you should be able to find enough clubs that will let you work so it isn't a problem.

In general, clubs in cities where licensing is not required and local law enforcement is not a problem are the best b/c those kinda lax regulations usually mean no tax forms at the end of the year and minimal paperwork upon hiring. I'll PM you more specifically about clubs.

These girls have essentially made the point about clubs which don't pay much attention to the Patriot Act law in regard to hiring "illegal" workers. Clubs that will ignore this law are also very likely to ignore other laws as well, i.e. tax laws, prostitution laws etc.

what about NY city? hey you can always go to japan, aussie, china or new zealand, being a dancer normally gives you the freedom to travel, AND like all over the world, some clubs will turn the other way when giving extras and some wont, whether you have a social security number or not. All deppends on you.

the "corporate" clubs in NYC have all been browbeaten by their corporate attorneys to follow the requirements of the Patriot Act. There is virtually zero chance that clubs like Scores, PEC, Hustler, or any of the chain clubs are going to knowingly hire a dancer who is not a US citizen, who does not have a "green card", or who does not have a work visa specific for exotic dancing. Like everywhere else, there will be clubs where management is more interested in profit than in obeying the law, such that I'm sure you'll be able to find some clubs in the NYC/NJ area which won't check a dancer's ID too closely providing she is "hot" and is willing to "get with the program" i.e. doing what is expected in order to earn money for the club and for herself.

There are also unofficial sources of fake ID's, fake "green cards" etc. which may enable a girl to be hired in one of the "corporate" clubs. However, going this route puts the girl at risk of being jailed instead of deported if she is ever found out.

However, the Russian Dancers criminal court case against a NYC "overseer" (who basically brought Russian girls into the US on a Russian folk dance troupe work visa, but then illegally farmed them out to NYC/NJ strip clubs and took a big cut of their earnings) has really raised the consciousness level in the NYC area in regard to clubs hiring "illegal" dancers. This may have tightened up club checks for "illegal" dancers in the NYC area already.

about scores, this sounds stupid, but after my experience trying to get a job at a LI club, I was willing to wait for my papers, but I had a friend call scores in NY talked to the house mother about not having papers etc, and she said come on in just bring identifcation to verify her age. But she was really hush hush about it. I personally am not interested in that club.

Actually, considering some of the financial "troubles" at Scores lately, I'm not all that surprised to hear that Scores would now be willing to hire very "hot" but not exactly "legal" dancer. After all, your $240 a night stage fee the club will collect IS legal tender, even if you aren't "legal". Not that I have a personal axe to grind with Scores or any other NYC club, but if you're intent on trying to find work you'd be safer doing so in a club with a much lower profile !

You could try Platinum Plus in Memphis. I freelanced there for two weeks in March. Really easy to get hired there and no paperwork. At PP there are no schedules and you don't have to go on stage either. They have tons of girls who travel there just to work the weekends so they are very accomadating to out of towners. This is a contact club however, but the money was excellent, and the girls were mainly in the 4-7 range, so if your a barbie type you will clean up here w/out doing extra's. Management also waived the house fee the first two nights i worked.
I'm just like you i refuse to dance at clubs where you have to fill out a ton of paper work, i'm in college and do not want dancing on my record at this point in my life. I also prefer clubs where you don't have to go on stage, i don't want to be recognized, and prefer big clubs where you can just hustle and leave w/out all the extra hassle.
Where in Miami did you work? I live in northern fla, and really need to find a good club there to freelance at during the fall? Good Luck!

Some small Upper Midwest clubs will trust the ss number you write down on their books. Some of these clubs do pay dancers $300-$400 for the week and report on a 1099, but no harm done. It won't show up anywhere. You can work over a year with no hassle.

you can get an ID card that looks like an actual state issued ID card in Houston fore around $100 and in some of the small clubs that book different girls each week to work you should be fine.

Stage is required as these are small clubs and you will work with 4-7 girls a night but the dancer/customer ratio will be good. You will make decent stage tips and the payouts in these clubs are low.

PM me for info if interested. Money is decent and of course these states border or are close to Canada.

The big clubs are more into procedure. You most likely will be spinning your wheels messing with them. Vegas is a waste. You need documentation to work there.I bet I can give you a shitload of small clubs to work in where you can make $900-$2000 in a week no questions asked if you want.

I'm guessing then they would look the other way if someone like myself (I'm Australian with no SS or anything like it.. I'll be on a tourist visa) wanted to work there for 4-5 shifts in total before heading back home (to Australia) ???

I don't mind the stage so that wouldn't bother me. I just want to know of clubs where "extras" (handjobs etc anything resembling prostitution) aren't rampant. I'm used to 2 way contact... and a little high contact so that isn't a problem.. or even "open leg work".

Any information anyone can give me would be appreciated.

You can work at just about any club in Houston without "Federal" documentation, i.e., social security card, green card, etc. (a good 30% - 40% of the hispanic girls working in Houston are "undocumented"), but you'll pretty much have to find a way to acquire the "local" documentation, i.e. a dancer's license.

Just wanted to put some life into this thread. Whilst I am planning on going to Austin TX to visit for up to a week and work 3-5 shifts (probably only 3) in Feb next year (2005)... I'm just wondering if anyone can update this thread with other places that are acceptable ??

I'd love to be able to do a trip to the USA for leisure and a little work (to recoup some of my money spent on the trip) every 3 months or so ultimately... hence I need such information.

Granted.. I'll still be hanging out here at SW.. so access to info will always be there LOL!

Hate to say it since I've been saying it in a lot of posts lately, but check out clubs in Des Moines, Iowa. You're considered an independant contractor. No W-2's, no 1099's, no working visa's required. Proof of age, sign the contract, and away you go.
