I take meditation classes once every 2 weeks or so. That usually keeps me on a decent level of sanity haha. I like to take road trips (small ones with minimal traffic) oh and definitely SEX! Sex is such a stress reliever hahah.

If I get burned out, I get a regular job. That is a good reality check.

Getting a paycheck for working for one week equivilent to what I can make in two days (easily) dancing helps me get over burnout quite quickly.

I also limit the time I spend at a single club. A month at a streach is about all I can do at a single club before my attitude starts to turn bad. So I travel to different places to dance. I have my half dozen favorites or so, and a big road trip to someplace different at least once a year to try out a new location.

I take a week or two off. Then I go back. By that point, I am so broke, the money hungry person in me comes out, and I can hustle like crazy!

You should take a vacation every once in a while.

I vacation alone too....go about every 3 months to reclaim my sanity. I would consider traveling with other people, but it just never works out.

I take a few weeks off every 3-4 months.During my off time,I wear the baggiest, loose fitting clothes and NO make-up,and do things like play with my dog children, watch movies, pretty much bumming out until I feel like being pretty again.

I take time off... lock myself inside my house or go home to see my grandparents... who have a big ranch and I just veg out.

When at home I do the domestic duty stuff-baking, and organizing and spending time with my daughter, doing fun things like swimming, shooting hoops and just doing silly stuff.

When I go back to work, its easy to make money, I'm recharged and it shows, people notice when I'm gone, and I have a tendancy to make more money the first week I'm back from a vacation... I am glad that I get missed.

Gosh...Thanks girls. I am there now. Of course every shark in the club worked last night and the $$ sucked. I even wore pigtails and it didn't help. My money has dropped in half. It make Dallas very sad to not shop!
I have to go back tonight which is the biggest freak night all week. It is couple's night...I love couples but don't know about spending too much energy on them. Need many Red Bulls...Hopefully most of the girls will have made their money last night and will not be there. Any energizing ideas?
