We're constantly talking about all our dieting and exercise and how you may weigh in comparision to a time when you weighed less but wore bigger clothes, had more fat/less muscle etc. I was wondering if anyone actually knew their body fat percentage, that's what I tend to go by. Mine's at 15%, which is about 3 or 4% above my norm, but it's a much better way for me to tell.

) my BMI would be 25.8, which is considered overweight - even if I had 6% body fat. To be considered "underweight", I would have to weigh 128 lbs.
