Is there a formula you use to meet your goal weekly/monthly? Do you break it down to the same goal every night, or are you looking more towards making your week? Do you know how many dances you need to sell per shift to meet your quota? What do you use to stay focused, and motivated?
I just started tracking my performances after every shift. Before every work week, I establish my goal for the week, and break it down into 4 to 5 shifts. I don't have the same goal everyday. For example, I am not going to make $750 on a Monday day shift, like I would on a Saturday night shift. Instead I break it up into percentages. Like a Monday would be 16% of my total weekly goal, and Saturday would be 40%. After every shift, I can tell if I am + or - to making my weekly goal, and make adjustments as needed. So far it's been keeping me motivated, and thought I would share this little secret with you ladies!![]()

considering that every day or shift tends to have different earning potential, I think that using a percentage is a great idea. Especially if you find that it is keeping you motivated.
