Too much to ready about toes... I'll just let the pedicure lady take care of them

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

hey that does have some good info! I can't wait to try the cream/sugar scrub. I think I'm going to give myself a pedicure right now. I don't like getting my nails done in the salon. The last several times I went, it just wasn't a satisfactory experience. Plus they're always trying to upsell me to the massage chair or damn flowers on my tonails at $5 a pop.

the actual pedicure page has more eye friendly text:

    in a nutshell
    1. soak feet 20 min with a foot bath
    2. pumice off white skin (the old skin that wrinkles up)
    3. rub olive oil and sea salt
    4. rinse off in the foot soak
    5. dry feet
    6. slather lotion with shea butter
    7. wrap in saran wrap then socks and go to sleep or let sit in for several hours

.. this really is a great tip
ussually socks soak up the lotion
the saran wrap doesnt and makes your feet sweat so your pores open and all that moisterizer goes into your feet

    then the pedicure
she recommends some products that are good.. like American Manicure in Currant that you can buy at a salon

and Sally Hansen's problem cuticle remover which works very good!

I use Barrielle cuticle remover and OPI pedicure scrub. The OPI is loaded with soybean oil so I skipped the shea butter. In fact, I nearly fell in the shower and cracked my head open my feet were so greasy USE CAUTION IN THE SHOWER!!! Pranced around in plastic baggies underneath my b/f's socks for about an hour then I went and got my hair done. THAT I will not do at home.

So, I cheated. When I shower after work I'll do it again for real. You just got me all damn excited about getting my feet pretty.

oh yeah I forgot I think it was gynger who posted about Kerasol? Some product that you apply to your feet at night and it eats away the dead skin. I'm going to try it later on this summer when I take a break. I figure why remove all the callouses when I'm wearing the same damn shoes that caused them to begin with?

for the record, soybean oil does not, I repeat, does not absorb into the skin. I woke up with greasy feet.
