I currently work out for 30-35 minutes on my treadmill 5 times a week doing fast walking. Is this enough cardio, or should I be doing more? I also do sit-ups every day (my stomach is one of my problem areas) and I lift weights 3 times a week.
I'm not trying to lose weight; I would just like to get more toned.![]()
