    Default How much cardio is enough?

    I currently work out for 30-35 minutes on my treadmill 5 times a week doing fast walking. Is this enough cardio, or should I be doing more? I also do sit-ups every day (my stomach is one of my problem areas ) and I lift weights 3 times a week.

    I'm not trying to lose weight; I would just like to get more toned.

    Well, from what I have been told numerous time on here, is that you really only need about 20 min of cardio every other day. On days you aren't doing cardio, you should do weights--which you already stated you were. As far as I know, it should be fine.
