Well aside from skipping the salt, and sleeping on your back. Try Green tea bags, (cold.) Or 2 spoons out of the freezer. Eye packs that are cold, and actually anything cold. However if you have fat pads under your eyes...surgery. There is a new procedure out that uses only laser beam of some sort. I talked to a doctor at work about this. I don't know enough yet however. Except this breaks up the fat pads, and your body absorbs the fat naturally. Sounds cool. Dunno.

Also, look into allergies. So many things cause puffy eyes. I battle this all the time. That's why i always waited until after noon to take pictures for people or dance! I also have Dry eye snydrome. Sucks.

Good luck,

Pamela

Thanks, Pam. She just had major back surgery (actually 3 surgeries in one, many pins in back). Plus she's on a lot of medicine, a diabetic, etc. I'll pass it along. Thanks again.

I just found this on allergies:
http://www.lactose.co.uk/milkallergy/index.html

It lists "Allergic "Shiners"" as a symptom of milk allergies.....

When I have puffy or dark eyes, I use sliced cukes, right outta the fridge. It always helps me. Or you could use tea bags too, they help.

Here are 2 things that work for me Tucks pads, yes they work on the eyes too, and thinly sliced potatoes. You'll see results right away.

To reduce puffiness, use cucumbers or cold tea bags. To hide dark circles, try Lemon Aid by Benefit cosmetics. Works like a charm.
