Default How long before treadmill after BA?

I had a BA 2 1/2 weeks ago. Not working and taking it easy, now I feel HUGE! How long did everyone wait to get back on the treadmill?

My doctor told me no running for six months. You might try asking your surgeon. I opted for the stationary bike or REALLY long treadmill walks.

They tell you not to do aything thatwill raise your heart rate for at lest three weeks. That is the norm after any surgery. It interferes with healing.Be patient you dont want to hurt yourself or create a problem.

don't go back to high intensity exercise till at least 1-1 1/2 months after surgery. But ask you PS each one has a different aftercare.

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.
