OMG, you would think that after paying $600.00 for 6 weeks of personal training to tone lower body, I would be doing everything totally right (with my diet)..but I'M NOT!! and today was only the FIRST day of training! Ok, so far, I have eaten 2 pieces of toast, a bowl of apple jacks's, a half of a peanut butter sandwitch, a handfull of doritos, and several crackers. It's like I can't get enough to eat today.... AND- I am still hungry! Do ya'll ever have days like this???

). This is what I do, minus the chicken (have a bird allergy). When your body becomes accustomed to real, whole, raw foods, you won't crave the processed and refined sugars that line your colon with plaque and prevent nutrient absorption.
(example- dinner tonight was at hooters... chicken wings (breaded) and 1/2 order of fries)- BUT tomorrow I will be good b/c my motivation is to look VERY SEXY in 6 weeks! p.s- it also sucks b/c i don't really gain but maybe 2-3 lbs. when I eat like that over the course of a couple months, and so I just look kind of flabby in my thighs and butt (without clothes) but in clothes, I look really good- so I'm just like screw it, I want cheetos!
