Default Lap dances for the ladies!

I work in what has become known on SW as a "rauchy, grinding, leg-spreading" club. I know how to give a GUY a sexy lap-dance. They're easy to please, but what kind of moves should I use on a girl that wants one? (Assuming she IS NOT gay...)

The typical "boobs-in-the-face" and the ol' "stradle-and-ride" just don't seem appropriate.

jesus christ, if one more person makes a big thing about that tiny piece of my post I'm going to take it down both here and on LJ. I'm so totally tired of the words being taken out of context so I keep having to explain what I meant over and over,
girls girls get that cash,
if it's 9-5 or shakin' your ass.
ain't no shame, ladies do your thang.
just make sure you stay ahead of the game.

NO NO NO!! Damn I hate computer posts ... you can't get your sarcasams or empahasis across correctly... EVER! I was using your quote to get across that I DON'T wanna do that for a lady customer, it'd feel weird. I was also using the term lightly, in a funny way (as if you can tell by the inflection in my voice... what voice?!

I swear, every post I've ever put up, I've read and re-read 20 billion times before I put it up just to make sure that It couldn't be taken in several different "bad" ways or, incorrectly... up til now I've been pretty successful at getting my point across. The one time, I just type-and-post... BITES ME IN THE ASS. <~~~~~ *sarcastic*
LOL

Seriously stiletto, I'm a friend here, and I thought your analagy (<~~~FTSP) was hilarious! It's so true! Sorry if you took it that I was using it in a BAD way!

You gotta be more sensual with women. You are dancing for their boyfriend or husband's pleasure also,so sensuality will definately catch you a lot of flies.

Yes, sensuality. For the most part I move slower and more seductively when dancing for a woman. I always make eye contact with men but with women I seem to do it more. They are very good at giving it back. But then just as men differ in what they enjoy so do women. Last night we had more of an aggressive woman sitting at the stage. She was putting dollar bills sticking out of her shirt and her jeans for me to take. So I took and was more agressive right back to her. She loved it (and so did the guys that were with her!) Treat each person that comes in as a person, not just man or woman. Find out what makes that person tick and what they are looking for in their entertainment and you will do wonderful with both sexes.

A woman is still a woman, whether she is gay or not, so why you'd dance one way for a lesbian and another way for a straight woman is beyond me. When I dance for a woman, I go more slowly and sensually, like Celeste said. Just pay attention, gauge her comfort level, and go from there.

Here in Portland you can get really close to touching--but the lapdances are essentially in the air. So, sitting on a girls lap is an extra. Although a fair fraction of the time I see a few of my coworkers break the no touch rule...with either sex... Anyhow, I'm rambling.
I've only given a couple lapdances to females. My first lapdance ever was for a female.
I asked a guy.. he said no (was doing homework funny enough), so I asked if he'd help me scope for someone who would like one. He said, "see those two girls over there" (not far), "it seems to me that they're a couple, perhaps one of them is itching for a dance". I was so nervous. I walked up and can't remember what variation of would-you-like-a-dance I used...but at first she said...I dunnoooo and looked me up and down. I said "it will be worth it" with determination in my eyes and voice and she said okay..but that she had to get money from her car and she'd be right back lol. I really didn't think she'd return but a couple minutes later she did. With first glance she didn't look like a very masculine lesbian. But I faded out of sensual back to sex and fucking moves because I saw that she smiled more when I pretended she was a guy.
So at the beginning of the dance veer to where her facial gestures say you should go with it.
I sending a prayer that more females ask for them...I wish they would hehe .. man if tori amos asked me for one I'd cream the floor right there! woops did I type that? just dreaming--teedeleedaa

well, yeah... because then she might not mind another girl basically "dry-humping" her. Whereas a straight girl might.

Since the floor has been opened, I would go so far to say not all guys (including straight guys) care for the "boobs-in-the-face" or "stradle-and-ride" dances either. There are some very baudy women out there, so some of them very well might. You can't really base what is going to work for a customer based on what their gender or sexual preference is. Its all about what the customer is fantasizing about in their head, and every fantasy is different.

Male or female, straight or gay, you kind of have to gauge what each customer is responding to. Don't be afraid to ask them what they consider a turn on. I get the ol "Do you like boobs or ass" question sometimes, which is kind of nice. That tells me that my entertainer would like to put a personal touch on her performance.

Personally, I find the "dry hump" style lap dance rather clinical and uninspiring (some intermittent grinding is a nice touch though). I'd gladly forgo some contact down there in exchange for more eye contact, a little shoulder massaging, the dancer trying to find where my ticklish spots are, etc. Who knows, maybe I have a woman's brain inside me.
Former SCJ now in rehab.

With girls I go slower and barely touch - ie, drag hair over them, run my fingers thru their hair and down the inside of their arm, looking them in the eyes. But then some women (usually the ones doing it for the boy freind) are uncomfortable with eye contact and sensuality. For them I do the more "objectified" dance - ass shaking in their face, upside down splits, etc.

thanks verfy. (hope it's okay to call you verfy... ) I was in the same boat as your friend b4 I started dancing. (enjoyed going to clubs) but the club I joined is HEAVY contact. I think I could "air-dance" okay, but I was wondering about HEAVY contact situations. (not wondering anymore)

Appreciate the response!! Hell, maybe I'll just have a few dancers give ME a dance the way they would for a female customer like me...

OK....no more speculating! I am a woman that frequents many a topless club here in L.A., and I get tons of dances. Now, as a gay woman, I can offer up what I like in a dance, which will probably be very different from what your average "straight girl just having some fun" might enjoy. Personally, I like the "boobs-in-the-face" while the girl dances nice and slooowww and sensual, with alot of head/hair touching. I know that all of these tecniques have been mentioned already in this string - I'm just validating it! The type of dance I get will of course also depend on the dancers comfort level - some dancers just TEAR ME UP (yay!), while others start out a bit timid & reserved (they usually will relax after a few dances ) .
One thing that I have noticed in the clubs that I go to, is that more & more dancers are starting to approach me & other female customers for dances. This was not always the case. In the past, I would have to chase after the girls and ask them for dances. I don't know why it's changing, but I do know that I like it! I think that alot of female customers may be shy about asking for a dance, and if the dancers ask first, the shy ladies might be more inclined to try one!
And as long as everyone is happy...it's all good!!

Don't know if this helped, playboycntrfold, but I figured that the chances of getting a non-dancer gay woman's perspective in this forum was pretty slim, so I went for it.....

you are...AWESOME lopaw! I hope you didn't get offended by the whole reference to "gay" vs. "staright" on here. I think that part got kinda blown outta proportion. (I simply mentioned it in the orig. post as a reference point that MOST girls aren't as into your boobs and ass as guys are )

You are most helpful, and now when I see a girl in the club I'll be sure NOT to dis-count her, and ask if she'd like a dance! BTW, welcome to SW!
