I see a lot of dancers who do, but they're usually not the athletic types. I stopped wearing jewelry when my earring fell out and the next dancer sat on it. (I felt bad.)
PS There's a great shop at some of the airports in the States that sells gorgeous rhinestone/ costume jewlery for low prices. I've seen it at the Houston & Minneapolis airports, but can't remember the name...E. Pearl something...

I don't wear jewelry anymore when I dance. I have lost 2 rings and a diamond tennis bracelet on stage.. If I wear anything, it may be a cheap choker or something I really don't care about loosing or scratching up...

hot topic is great for cheap chokers and such, that last through dancing...for the most part. My biggest problem is anklets, they always snap on me. I have to buy two at a time.

Claire's boutique has some cute stuff.

I wear jewelry all the time when I dance (it's required). The cheaper the better. With getting lost, broken...don't want to wear anything of value.
