    Default Haircolor

I've been obsessing over hair color in the last few months, and was curious about the most popular colors this summer. I couldnt leave an 'other' option in the poll, so please feel free to describe in detail.

Red. I use the brightest red that my stylist has . I've got pale skin and green eyes and have been dying my hair so long now that everyone thinks it's my natural color. I had been working at a coffee house for about 2 years and said something about having to go get dyed and my boss flipped. She had to literally inspect my roots in order to believe it wasn't natural. hehe.... That and they think I'm Irish.

I just had my hair done last week. Rich brown with soft black low lights. Very striking and natural looking without looking gothic.

naturally its a dark blonde. i have been blonde all my life, it was just way lighter when I was younger. I have dyed it various shades of blonde including strawberry. I have also had parts of it purple and green (not at the same time)....

last time I dyed it was about a year and a half ago... a nice strawberry blonde. but people still call me a redhead now.....

Dark brown with highlights of Caramel, Auburn, and Honey Blonde.

Doesn't sound good...but, when it's done, it has my natural highlights all in there...looks good if done right.

Other here: grey (from shock). Color I was born with: blond. Then gone to lightish brown. w/highlights in summer. pretty much same now, helped along w/sun, & dye (which I do myself, sometimes go to hairdresser. I'd like to lighten up even more, but it's very long, & don't want to damage more than it it.

I'm a natural redhead- and Irish/Russian- with green eyes. I don't dye my hair- I did only twice, once I dyed it blue black - I was 15 and my mother had a fit.. and second time, I went platinum blonde and it looked great, but the upkeep was horrible. I keep it natural, although, I do get bored with it sometimes..

My hair is definetly in the "other" category. The top is blonde with a few light red pieces. The under layers in the front (near my face) are jet black and in the back it's mostly red.

I tried uploading a file but it said the file name was already taken....maybe another day!

Right now my hair is dark brown, but I've had highlights in it a few times and been a redhead for a while too.

I look awful as a blonde. It just does not fit my facial features somehow.

I'm a blonde, been blonde ever since H.S. Of course there was that time period when II thought I'd look really hot with jet black hair. Umm.... no! I cried every night for a month and then dyed it again blonde.

I swear you just took that out of my head. I had the exact same thing happen to me. But I do look good with dark hair if it has red tones. The jet black washed me out.
I got taunted in school for the few days I had it. They called me Lydia from Beetlejuice. (remember how pale she was, and how her under eye circles seemed super pronounced?) Yup, thats what jet black hair did to me.

Well it was hard to tell exactly what color your hair was in the dark...but it looked damn good
