So I can no longer find the post I did in relation to the salad question (yes, I did a search.. ) oh well...
but, I just wanted to state something I've noticed. I have been eating nothing but salad and selected fruits now for almost six weeks.. keeping my diet clean and I've noticed a huge change.. pretty damn good.. plus, now, when I eat a lot of junk, I feel sick.. and when I say Junk, I mean carbs.. I am eating carbs.. potatoes, and whole grain breads, but I find that I am full faster and I no longer crave the bread as much.
But can I just say, "I AM SICK OF SALAD!"![]()
