you can get the shoe slip things at Wal-Mart for like 97 cents. i buy them 10-12 at a time, and then the girls can buy them from me for a dollar or two and then it's cheaper for them and i still make my money back.

Or you cam get the grips from Payless or other shoes stores .. They cost about two bucks...
Please don't lick me, it tickles..
You might want to add some snack food, also. That way you don't have to order from the bar (and pay the waitress, and the cook for your food), or order take out while in the middle of your shift. This is a big time saver, as well as a money saver![]()
Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!
I agree with Vaden about the outfits in separate ziplocked baggies, I'll have to try the fabric softener sheet. I usually throw one in the bag I keep my shoes in. I also travel light, so everything I need to dance fits in my purse and a backpack.
outfits in ziplock bags
shoes in a bag
baby wipes
extra lock
sewing kit (couple of threads, a small scissors, and a needle)
make-up
travel toothbrush
toothpaste
biosilk for my hair
brush
q-tips
gum
perfume/body spray
CD of songs to dance to in case they make me go on stage
bottle of water
cigs
2 lighters
tampons
(I really need to bring glue-many uses, nails, shoes esp. the bottom when it starts to peel off)
oh yeah, latex, like I ever wear it anyway(damn those squirting nipples! LOL)
another thing that I also kept is a Planner/Address book to keep information on customers in it. For example, if he spent alot of money on me I would write down some of the things we talked about, his name, and maybe an e-mail. The email is so I could let him know when I was working. It also helps if you pick something out physically about the guy to write down too.
I copied and pasted this entire thred to word pad. to print. thanx ladies.
GAS-X
I dont know about all of you, but I get gas every now and then and I dont want to be farting on customers. I have all the usuall in my stripper gear,
two shoes
LOTS of thongs, you can never have too many pairs of underwear
garters, even though I never wear them
body spray
hair stuff, bio silk, curl up, hair spray, hair ties, clips ... all that stuff
lotion
tweezers, on a dead night theres nothing like plucking your eyebrows
tylenol
tampons, i would if i needed them, dont have one of those,
extra smokes, lighters
candy bars
outfits, i also keep mine in baggies
super glue
jewlry
school work, incase it is dead
dictonary, so when i use a word like ingenue, and the customer dosent believe me that it is a real word, i can prove it too him, yes this has happened
extra purse
scissors
I would have latex, but i never use it, Oh good idea for girls that work at latex clubs, we use glitter fabric paint. it is Tulip brand and you have to put it on kind of thick but it dosent come off every time you gie a dance and it still peels off like latex.
sweater, jacket, robe, something to keep you warm when you are freezing to death.
I am sure i will think of someothe stuff.
That's a great idea hon. I keep a little black book in my locker with all my customers numbers and business cards...Originally Posted by kryssy

is biosilk really good at making you hair touchable??? I have dyed blonde hair and it's starting to dry out.... HELP!
Good list ladies... Thx so much......
T, kisses
where is waterloo tanketta?

Giiiiiirrrrrrrlllll, Biosilk is the best stuff you can get. My hair is VERY curly/frizzy--like scary spice. put it on when your hair's wet and let it airdry if u have time (just dont put on too much if your hair is straight). works like a charm! plus it smells soooo good--i dont know what i'd do w/out it. also pantene's relaxed and natural (in the gold bottles) line is pretty good--smells yummy!Originally Posted by Tanketta
I'm getting my Dial-A-Stripper service up and running again. If you are in NYC or NJ and are interested in private party dancing, email [email protected] with your SW handle, contact info, photo (if you have one) & best time to call and I'll get back to you asap.
If you're having a party and need strippers, email me with the details and any questions you have. Thanks!
Yes, I have to second the biosilk endorsement above. It's great stuff. I have straight hair and I have to be careful with it or I end up looking like a greaseball. Great for taming flyaways. Does smell great too.
Hmm, thx guys.... and waterloo is in Ontario... but I'll be moving to Windsor soon and I need a fun/well paying job so I can get through school... and a girl needs the best advice possible... so, thanks girls!
Tank, kisses
definitly try biosilk. I love that stuff. My hair is absolutly frizzy with out it. I use it when my hair is damp out of the shower and I also use it for touch ups if it starts having too many fly aways later in the night. My hair is wavy, If i use curl enhancer it is culy or i can blow dry it streight.
I have a question, What is the corkscrew for?
yea... i wondered that myself... do I want to know?? LOL
LOL, I thought it would be for the champagne room, so the girl can open the bottle maybe? Or am I just being naieve? LOL
and super glue? is that for a broken heel?
yes, super glue is good to have around. Like previously said, good for fixing the rubber on the bottoms of shoes, fix a nail, an outfit, all kinds of things. Duck tape comes in handy too cuz super glue dont always work.
Lol we sound like a bunch ghetto stippers tlaking about fixing our shoes with super glue and duck tape. ROFLMAO

LOL well, imagine this? I found a pair of dancer shoes at a thrift store,5 inch heels i think. they were leopard print, with black spots all over, well since they really didnt match anything i have, i sat for an hour coloring them in , all the brown between the black.... lol with a black permenate marker... they look awsome now. you cant even tell , really... and now my shoes match perfectly with everything i have.lets talk about getto...now.
