    Default The Herbalife Diet?

    Hey ladies,

Quick question a girl from my gym whom I talked to several times told me about this Herbalife diet and it sounds really good.

So I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of it and if the diet itself worked for you? She said she lost 30 pounds in a month an half and all together lost 50 pounds over 4 months or something like that so I was wondering if this is anything worth buying?

    Thanks ladies!

I was on the Herbalife diet. I was on the Thermojetics weight-management program. It came with a meal replacement shake mix and a crap load of pills. You took the pills with each meal and such. I don't really think that I would reccomend it. It's the type of weight loss thing that made you use the bathroom a lot. The shake made me sick and the pills give you this acid feeling in your stomach. *blah* Everyone is different, so I don't really know how it would affect you.

She lost 30 pounds in one month? Yeah, it's called water weight. These types of diets are NOT good because they FLUSH THE WATER FROM YOUR SYSTEM, hence very quite possibly leading you to be dehydrated.

I would just recommend eating healthy and continue working out. All of these diet pills and such are not healthy. You are doing so well...just keep it up!!

Actually, I think it's just supplement pills...I never had the going to the bathroom part, and there is a ton of fibre in the shake mix etc...maybe that had something to do with it. Perhaps it's a vanilla metamucil...anyways, look into it first.
    good luck Dawl

I can definately attest to it. Whilst I didn't go on the diet so much... I wanted the tablets because I was looking for good nutritional suppliments that worked.

When you first start, I would recommend taking alot of pills.. then listen to your body and then re-shape the diet to you. Personally.. I now only take the Tang Kuei (if I need help sleeping), Rose Ox (due to working in a smokey environment), Herbalifelife (due to helping me keep the strength of my joints supple etc). I leave the Guarana tablets alone unless I need the pick me up (I like them as they help you last).

Making the shakes was fun and I found a few favourites but.... in the end, it was a pain taking all those tablets... I would find myself taking 6 at one time!

It works for some but not others. The tablets are suppliments never replacements. Just because it is Herbalife.. and it is "network marketing" (aka MLM) doesn't mean you should dismiss its products so actively.

I do not sell the products... I am just a customer. Since finding and using Himalayan Goji Juice.. I now am more of a customer in relation to their skin care ("outer nutrition") line of products.

Use the products but don't get involved in the "opportunity". I nearly got sucked into that before I found out how much crap you have to do and how much money you have to invest before you even see a miniscule of a return.

No thank you.. just a customer here. The "inner nutrition" products worked for me. Just that I found something better and more suited to me now (Himalayan Goji Juice).

    Best of luck
