    Default Fat Flush Plan?

Has anyone tried the Fat Flush Plan, by Ann Louise? I was looking at an article on WebMD that talks about it, mentioning it is good for your liver and enables you to lose weight without sagging skin (so I'm hoping it might help my already sagging tummy skin.) Apparently it is low carb at first but later adds certain grains; it incorporates a lot of unsweetened cranberry juice and lemon, for the liver and danylion root tea for the same reason; good fats like eggs and falx seeds.

It sounds intriguing. Has anyone heard anything about it or done it?

Hmmm. I haven't heard of it but now you have me interested in doing some research! Sounds good! If I find anything significant about it I'll post.

If you van handle the taste I imagine it would work.

I tried it once and had no idea how bad cranberry juice would taste. I just read an article in Your Diet, a magazine, and the author who actually stuck with it longer than I did found the drink to be disgusting and was frequently sick. Of course, this can be from detox, but it's hard to work while you're barfing or worse!

BTW, she lost a lot of weight fast and gained back 7 lbs in a weekend. That evil water weight again!

Besides me, the only people I know of that have tried it didn't last past the first phase and didn't maintain their loss.

If you decide to do it and actually make it through, I would love to hear about your experience. Good luck! And I'm sure like most people on this board you don't need to shed too much anyway!
