I cut down on dairy a while ago, and because Im a vegetarian, my diet would be mainly soy, except sometimes I'll eat vegetarian cheese, and since I've found out Im pregnant Ive been eating natural yoghurt too.
But just the other day I found out Im allergic to soy products!!!I was shocked and wondering what will I eat now!? I know there is rice milk I can have instead of soy milk, but most bread, baking etc all has soy in it! I dont really want to increase my dairy intake but I have to maintain a healthy diet since Im pregnant.
Does anyone else have a problem like this, or know what I can eat to stay healthy?
