    Default That time of the month

    I get soooo bloated when its that time of the month. What works best for bloating.

    I know a girl who drinks a half a capful of flaxseed oil, ,and she swears by it. Im sure if its used in moderation, it cant be that harmful.
    Just make sure you take it 12 hours b4 you have to go in to work, dont wanna be spending your shift in the restroom. LoL

    Lay off salted foods, drink more water, and move the body!

    That works for me, i hate salt anyway. SODA a big no-no.
    I also bloat, if i don't watch it.

    Other foods that can cause bloat: wheat, starchy foods. there is a dieretic herbal tea, can't think of it, perhaps a health food store would know?

    Drink a lot of black tea, if you like it in the first place. Easy to make everyday (sun tea canister.) Exercise everyday, like walking, stretching, and acupressure massages.

    I use Midol and drink a lot of water, it always seem to work best for me
