I have some shoes mostly the ones with the strap around the ankle that are fine when i first put them on but then when my feet start to sweat my foots slips and feels like its half way out to the front. I don't know if you know what i mean.
What can i put in them something that won;t make my foot slip to the front. this happens mostly with shoes with the strap around the ankle not the slip ons.
