Yeah, but you can stop it. Do squats and other lower body workout moves to pump up the muscles. Congrats, this means your program is working.
Some women gain weight in the stomach first, some the butt or the thighs. Same goes for losing it. Follow Maxines advice and add some weight resistance exercise to round it out and firm it up, build the muscle up. Keep up the hard work! Sounds like its working for you!

SQUATS AND LUNGES WITH HEAVY WEIGHT....this will make your thighs a little bigger too....but will make your butt MUCH bigger and rounder.



Thanks, I been doing this but I been jogging to and it just seems to be getting smaller and more littler or something the train at the gym said this was normal in the weight loss stage i guess so just wanted to make srue he wasn't feeding me bs lol!
