1 Start calling your regulars and remind them how much you like seeing them
2 Check out other clubs, in case you need to jump ship, this is a cruel business.
    3 Do mini-theme sets
4Make friends with the new ones, it can't hurt at all.

Only call regulars if that is something that is allowed at your club. At my club, it's totally not allowed...sooooo...

I would say just keep a really positive attitude. Don't look at it like "competition". I think that will put you in the wrong frame of mind. You need to just look at it like "newbies" and let it be. Take care of yourself...smile and have fun and you'll do fine!

Have an extra-nice personality and attitude that makes the guys feel so comfortable with you. And try to work more frequently and at the exact same time all the time to build a strong base of regulars.

Always show up to work on time and with your hair and makeup done.

If they're new girls, like never-danced-before girls, you shouldn't have much trouble. From my experience, both as a new dancer and seeing newer girls start, you'll seem more poised and professional - an advantage. If it is girls from out of town, just don't think of it as competition - think of it as the club building an even larger customer base and reap the benefits.
