How in the hell does she get those lines on her? I love it! I love the little "round" curve on her lower abs and I am dying to get those. I just need help all over. I need to tone up my abs, arms, legs, back and butt. I am afraid of going to gyms because it's such a meat market and all I want is just a good workout I can do at home. Anyone have any great suggestions? My mid to lower back needs a lot of work and I have love handles. Ugh. I turn 24 and suddenly calories count.
