Default Help! Need to set this girl straight...

This girl Brandy is sort of a friend of mine. She is my hsband's ex. She posted on her blog today that all strippers have sex for money, and that that's what guys pay for in VIP rooms. She said that strippers are prostitutes, and that there are no two ways about it! Well, this isn't true of the clubs that I've worked at. If you gals have time, could you make it over to her blog and please comment on this post and let her know from your experiences (I don't think she has ever set foot in a strip club) what you think of her assumptions. The blog is . Thanks, girls...just don't tell her I sent you. I'm just sick of stereotypes and feel that people who know better should set straight someone who doesn't. Much appreciated...

I feel for you.My boyfriend has some weirdo emotional bond to his "wife".I live in the house and they are pending divorce in January. But trust me.She is NOT your friend. Think aquaintence(sp) and keep her an arms length or more out of your business.I am trying to set up a meeting to get to know my "friend."Just so I can get a feel for what her trip is. It is an ugly thing.Good luck. ers:

greenMnM I love your philosphy (sp)
I'm here to make money. NOT make friends, if I make a friend then it's a bonus.

I'd rather be absolutely ridiculous that absolutely boring

LOL.. If we spent all our time setting everyone straight about how we really are, we'd be 100 years old and wonder where the hell our lives went.

Honestly though, people are going to believe what they want to believe. This is especially true with the dancing profession. You're going to have the catty little girls who can't stand that their boyfriends go to Strip Clubs, and want to believe that certain things go on in the VIP rooms, so they'll have something to bitch and moan at them for.

I agree with Gynger.. Ignore the drama. Blah.
