Asking the customer if he wants change back is a charming and classy move. It helps make a good impression on me when a dancer does that.Originally Posted by NinaDaisy link=board=8;threadid=11884;start=msg161132#msg161 132 date=1093200245

I've always found that many good dancers don't even look at the money you give them, they just take it and put in their garter or whatever. I think that's very classy, it denotes a level of trust that you don't expect. Those girls always get big tips from me. And whenever a girl gives me a free dance, I tip her additionally, so I end up paying for it anyway. It's funny but the less greedy a girl appears to be the more I will give her. I appreciate courtesy, it's the best sales technique And so often missing, not just among dancers but everywhere.

That's great and all, but its also the way many dancers get ripped off by con artists in the club. You know, wrapping one's in a 20-piece for instance. Definately not worth the risk so that I can give you an illusion that I "trust" you. Bah!Originally Posted by FONDL link=board=8;threadid=11884;start=msg161720#msg161 720 date=1093284246

Management doesnt really care either way so its purely an internal struggle.

FBR that is the way the club I frequent used to be...it was much better. The girls were happier since they were in control. If they felt like giving a guy a free dance as a way to gain future business, they could. Now they have to look over their shoulder and count dances and they charge the girls vastly different prices to dance throughout the club. Plus now there are dance counters all over the club which makes them even more nervous since there being watched.
Off topic I guess, but your comment made me remember the good old days. Sad when they end. :'(
My first club was one in Indy where there was this dude with a clipboard who jotted down every dance that took place. I hated that!!
My regular club now is mucho more laid back. The girls control their destiny and its a lot more fun

Katrine, I wouldn't expect a dancer who doesn't know me to not count the money, but it is nice when they aren't obvious about it, just like in a restaurant when the waitress doesn't look at the tip until they're away from the table. I was referring primarily to girls who I've gotten to know. I'm sure you get taken sometimes, just like we do.

That's cool FONDL. And I also make sure not to give a big show about counting the money either. Money is a very touchy social topic. We all desire more, yet we pretend we couldn't care less about it and don't lust after it......
Money and strippers, very similar attitudes toward both. The ultimate guilty pleasure, cash and tits!! LOL![]()

There are other issues to consider that don't involve guys trying to rip off dancers on purpose. Some club lighting is so dim that it's sometimes hard to tell bill denominations apart easily. Also, some older customers might have vision problems and might feel self-conscious pulling out their reading glasses.
But if I don't know you from Adam, I will absolutely check what you paid me, albeit as discreetly as possible.
