    Default Ethics and clubs

I work at an upstart club, but it seems to be suffering from some financial difficulty. I find my self to be a very loyal person and I don't want to abandon ship. The club has offered me a ton of freedom, feature roles, and a great set of bouncers but.........
I recently went to the "big" clube here in my city and they offered me a job on the spot (no dance audition)
I feel like I could make twice the money at the bigger club, but I might be lost in the sea of girls and the size of the club.

is it ethical to dance at both clubs?

If you are operating as an independant contractor than yes, work at both clubs. I know alot of girls that divide their tiem between two clubs, it can definately increase your client base and cash flow and you can draw your customers to the other club helping the club out.

Some clubs do have very strict rules regarding an entertainer working at a competing club so verify with both before you do so.

staying at any club exclusively for too long will hurt your $$$$$. Try out the other club but don't quit your current job until you know for sure you like it. I bounce between 3 different clubs. It helps me stay motivated and helps me to not feel burned out all the time. It also helps me make more money because I am a fresh face, and the regulars I have are so glad to see me I usually make more money from them than when i did when i saw them on a regular basis.

I feel ya, the club I'm at has been soo slow, I'm about to start working at a different one, but I know how they feel about girls dancing in other places - they really don't like it. But I don't want to get stuck working a ton at the old place for little money and not be able to work at the new place a lot for better money, all over loyalty. I say work both for a little while, if problems arise go with the one with more money. Don't try to burn bridges, but if the old one gives you problems, be prepared to stand firm.

Many club owners feel it is a "conflict of interest" to work at 2 clubs concurrently. Even though you are making money for the club, the idea of generating money for the competition doesn't fly so well with some owners.
