I was chatting with one of my friends who works in NYC and she told me that in addition to Manhattan Gold Club closing so has CEO. She says it has the same name but is now a dance club.

Yes my customer told me it closed but I didn't know it turned into a regular club. Let's face it, there are too many strip clubs in manhattan and the economy is still bad, the terrorist are still trying to attack again. We must make the best of what's left in the business but it seems this recession will be around for some time. There are a bounce of whores in every club along with sleazy managers and host. The business isn't what it use to be and there are more dancers now than before. We are looking at some serious hard times. Greed will kill them....
This isn't just true in manhattan. I don't know what strip club chains are doing, constantly opening new clubs in over-saturated markets.Originally Posted by Deliela link=board=4;threadid=12093;start=msg156982#msg156 982 date=1092624971
Aaaah, greed, the magic word. There are more women than ever dancing now, and the clubs make so much from dancer fees. Management typically doesn't care if dancers are making half what they were a few years ago as long as they get their fees paid.Originally Posted by voodoo link=board=4;threadid=12093;start=msg158731#msg158 731 date=1092870230
I wasn't surprised to hear these places closed.
