Default What goes around comes around. NOT!

So bad guys have to be afraid of suffering the rath of what goes around comes around?

Apparently not for this bad guy.

Jailed rapist in Britain wins $12.6 million dollars in the lottery while still behind bars.

I guess this rapist has even more incentive to come out of
    prison alive.

And get this "prison officials said the lottery winning rapist has been moved to a closed prison following his lottery win for his safety".

People in jail can buy lottery tickets? Damn!

Well, I guess he's set for the rest of his life when he gets out. Providing that he does get out, that is.

The pisser is even if he does get out and get the money he will probably rape again.

That is if what people say is true, a rapist can't help himself.

Hell, the reason he is in jail right now is attempting to rape a 60 year old woman.

You know....the money shouldn't be awarded to him. The government should make him pay his dues to society and donate the money to a rape crisis center or something to better the victims of crimes similar to his own. What a kick in the ass! The world works in mysterious ways tho......maybe his karma will come back around full blow and he'll get robbed, sodomized and shot in the head execution style............

    Oh ye with little faith...

One thing that is certain in this world, it's the natural flow of kharma.

Give it time. There is no doubt this guy will get what's his... and I'm betting the lottery award will backfire in some way most fitting to his behavior.

One of the biggest, local ex-convict, abusive assholes became nearly an overnight millionaire from stock options in a partnered tech company. He was killed instantly a few months later as he bought a brand new Ferrari (cash) and went joyriding too with way too much to drink. His battered ex-wife got the remainder of his fortune.

It doesn't matter if you're somebody in this world, it rather matters you mean the whole world to somebody.

I think that is just wishful thinking on your part. The prison is even making it easier for him to survive by moving him to private cell.

Is that supposed to be funny?

What are you supposed to say to all the murder victims, rape victims, etc who go through life being perfect angels(or as close as you can be anyways) and get killed, severly injured, or abused unjustly?

Was it just the natural flow of karma getting them?

Please, karma is the most over rated thing since god knows what.

And don't even get me started with some NFL players thanking Jesus for
making a great play or winning a football game. Like if there is really a Jesus he would give a damn about who won a football game.

And I'm a huge NFL fan.

    Go Raiders.

How about the people who pray to god to let their team win the super bowl? That's funny. Something tells me a supreme being might have a few more important things on it's mind.

I don't necesarily believe in Karma, but if it is any consolation, I recently read a "where are they now" article about lottery winners and every single one was completely miserable.
I don't just mean disillusioned, "money can't buy happiness" misery. These people were f**ked!
I hope it happens to this guy soon and he doesn't victimize anyone else in the process.

And, yeah, asian slacker...I love it when I hear people say that Jesus wanted them to have a particular new car or to win a baseball game or to sing some shitty pop song and make a million bucks.

    Natascha and Madcap,

I don't really mind if people say Jesus wanted this for me or Thank You Jesus you helped me win the Super Bowl. Although personally I think it sounds more ridiculous than cool.

I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people who just do it to try to sound "hip". Or it could be just an expression with no deep meaning behind it like "thank god" has become.

What I find disturbing is when the people saying it actually "believe" it and are not just saying it for the perceived "cool" factor. Kurt Warner is one example making it sound like Jesus was why he led the Rams to a Super Bowl a few years back. I guess Jesus wanted him to suffer through a little adversity also by getting injured so he could get booted by the Rams and sent packing to the Giants.

I'm not really seeing where Jesus got into all this, but apparently someone has some repressed anti-religious issues to deal with.

Nah, simply stated- messed up people always suffer a fitting result. It's just the way things go. Animosity and jealousy towards some creep is ill spent negative energy... even if this guy won the lottery, the nature of such folks pretty much seals their fate. Call it kharma, Darwinism or whatever.. Jesus aint got nothing to do with it.

No one who lucks into money and has the whole world know is safe. On top of that, this punk is incarcerated. Can you spell "extortion"?
Karma exists! You have to have a little faith. And besides, like Polecat said, people seal their fates.

Damn! This kind of makes you question the possibility that the people in your life that have wronged you may wind up getting away with it after all. This really sucks for the karma believers out there.

After thinking about this a little more, hopefully the jerk will buy a bunch of drugs after he gets out and O.D.'s.People like that do not know how to spend that kind of money sensibly.

Believing in faith and karma is for suckers.

You want to know the real reason why "bad" people are more likely to suffer bad consequences or have their fates sealed?

It is because bad people (when compared to "good people) tend to:

(A few of the reasons I can think off the top of my head)

    1) associate with more bad people. i.e. Birds of a feather flock together. Don't believe the saying there is honor among thieves. Bad people are more likely to stab you in the back if given the chance compared to "good" people.

    2) We live in a society where if you break the law and you get caught you are encarcerated, executed, fined, or sued.

    3) They take more dangerous/deadly risks because they have less fear (versus "good" people) of the possible consequences OR just plain don't give a damn.

So those who believe that there is some magical force that will hunt down bad guys and give the victims justice, that is bs.

Bad guys do things to put them in situations of increased risks of bad things happening to them. It has nothing to do with some mysterious magical power that brings them the bad guys to their knees.

If a guy chain smokes for 20 years I don't think the chances of him developing lung cancer and dying would be any greater or any less due to him being a "good" versus a "bad" person.

He put himself in greater risk just like a "bad" guy puts himself/herself in greater risk of something negative happening to them.
