    Default I'm new

    Hello everyone! I'm new to this board and new to dancing. I'm looking to make friends and find out more about the stripper world. My first audition is on Thursday and I'm very nervous...I'm trying to find out as much as I can before then! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. *waves good day*

    Thank you for the warm welcome! I still feel like such a "wanna-be" stripper and I'm afraid I will get laughed at. I guess we'll see soon enough if I'm made for this or not. Thanks!

    clover, I beg you to read this:

    http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/ind...ces/t5820.html

    After dancing for close to 2 months now, I can say that I'd've loved to have found this even the DAY before I started. Pryce has some very good insights here.

    Welcome to the board. You're lucky to have found this site before your audition. Its a secret weapon of mine now, but I didn't find it until six months into my dancing career.
    Good luck with your audition and keep us posted!

    Just go slow and sexy. Depending upon what type of club you audition at, you'll either go topless only or full nude. Make sure you get the rules before you go onstage (they'll usually tell ya).

    Stripping is really all about FANTASY. Brothels are all about SEX. If you have confidence in yourself...you'll do fine. And, don't worry about the newbie jitters...every dancer has had them. They go away...but, also, don't use alcohol or drugs to "get past it". You'll only become dependant upon them.

    Good luck and do let us know how it goes!!!

    Hugs,
    Venus

Remember that guys will tip you more, the more you turn them on; your immediate goal is to give 'em a hard-on. Let me know if you want more comments from a male perspective.

If your nipples are not swollen, that's a dead giveaway that you're not interested in what you're doing. I hope this helps.

Don't touch your abdomen; it looks awkward.

    On another note, practice moving in those high-heels. Do knee exercises.

    I guess to each their own.

    About the only thing I agree with is to make plenty of eye contact.

    Different customers go to SCs looking for different things. Although Dain and I differ in what we look for from our SC experience, Dain's comments do reflect the attitudes of many SC customers.
    It would be foolishly naieve to pretend otherwise.

    Some dancers cater to customers like this while other dancers try to avoid them. I tend to prefer the latter.

    As a guy, I concur with Pryce. I would add only one point, however; if a guy wants to "self-satisfy," appreciate it; he'll be back. (Of course, if you want to do the same to yourself, that's even better!)
    If a guy is "self-satisfing" himself in public tell the bouncer to kick him out. There is no need for that in public. UGH!

    Also, don't confuse the club for a nite club. You're there to make money, not socialize. It took me a while to realize this. Guys will like you BECAUSE you are new. That's why the other girls will hate you. Build up your self confidence beforehand and remember that you're just as good as everyone else there. Don't be ashamed and don't be embarressed. Have fun and

    ~~~Smile~~~
    Good luck!
    (You'll need some (unscented) baby wipes, don't forget them!)
    Good luck to the girls who got auditions! I've been a wannabe for 2 years. I'm just now ready and I'm 26 now--still look look 13! LOL
    This is my favorite site! Great advice! Also it's good to know what to say when a guy says "show me some pink..." There's a difference between stripping and pornography in my opinion.
