    Default Quitting

Has anyone ever put in their two weeks, or does everyone in this business just call one day saying they're never coming back? Do most people just not show up?

I worked at my club for 3-4 months and all the girls that came and went only one called and said she wasn't coming back. none of them put in any notice...

    just wondering.

Most of the girls that have left my club just leave or get fired. Only a few actually told the club that they were leaving. If I were to leave, I would let them know in advance because I have been there for 4 years.

It depends on the circumstances and how long you have been working there. You don't want to burn any bridges if there is the rmote chance that you might need to work there again.
Two weeks notice? I don't know that it would be necessary. It would be nice to let them know that you are leaving, though.

I agree with everyone else. If you work in a big club with a lot of girls simply letting the house mom/ manager know that your going to try working a different job but would like to come back if it doesn't work out is enough. In many cases girls leave and think they are done for ever but once they take that cut in pay, find themselves right back dancing again. Don't burn any bridges., and at least finish out what you were scheduled to work.

Thanks for the advice, but I don't really need any. I quit last week. I was just wondering what you guys came across in your experience. As I got more and more fed up I got to thinking about my experience and how it's strange that no one gives notice. At least not at the small town slow shitty club I used to work at.
We even had a girl that would leave half way through her shift and quit and would come back after a week of being there. She did this like 4 times when I worked there. Funny stuff.
