I posted this in general, because I figured the switch doesn't just apply to dancers. Anyway, at my new club I'll be working days, I'm used to working nights. These days I go to bed around 6am and if I'm going to work wake up around 2-3pm, if I'm not I've been known to sleep in until 5pm.
The day shift doesn't start until noon, but I figure with distance and traffic and such I'll have to be waking up at 8:30, roughly. Any tips for switching? I'll also only be working weekends, so I don't want to be exhausted for work and then go right back to sleeping all day the rest of the week [I have afternoon and evening classes, no other job].
