    Default tipping out

Hi..I'm going to start working at a new club this week but I'm skeptical about the tip out policy because it's high. It's $75.00 on the week night and $100.00 on the weekends and you aren't on a payroll. What do you think about this?

Well, I would suggest you give it a shot. Some clubs go by percentage and some by flat dollar amounts. If you still aren't comfy with it after a week or so...maybe look for some other place. Don't blow off a place just because of their tip-outs.

Just remember that tip outs are usually pretty fair. For example if the tip out amount was outrageuos and girls werent making enough money to cover it, then most of the girls would leave the club and go somewhere else. Talk to the other girls there and get a basic idea of how they do. Also remember that if all the other girls are doing okay and you arent maybe that isnt the club for you. Some girls do better is only one type of club... small... large... high hustle... low hustle ... its is all about personality and comfort level. Clubs that have a percentage tip out also seem great in the beginning but there is higher pressure to make more money overall than a flat fee.

try it out ... maybe the tip out is higher because the place has more potential customers coming in with lots of money to spend...
the tip out in the club i work at right now is about $300 but i still get to take home the most money out of the clubs i worked before , so give it a chance

It isn't high if there is money in the club. I'd say try it out, it's better than them taking half of your money in various forms otherwise.
I tried to PM you but it is screwing up, please tell us how it goes there.
