Anyway, I do ab workouts every other day. The angled bar at the gym is amazing. I do that, side crunches, and leg lifts. If you've gotta gym buddy having them throw your legs while you hold them perpendicular to the ground is great. I would do the ball thing... but I can't keep my balance--how sad is that?
