I havent danced since June b/c of personal problems and Im starting again tomorrow.
Even when not dancing I love to wear big shoesBUT my feet have been hurting like crazy lately!
Anyone know what I can do about it? Thank you.

Get someone to rub them?

Break your shoes in slowly, wearing them for a couple of hours, gradually working up to a full shift. Soaking them in ice also helps alleviate the pain, as does a great bottle of peppermint foot lotion. Get someone to rub it in as per Mojojojo's suggestion. Can be a SO or a foot fetishist who will pay you![]()
I teach a lot of fitness classes as well as my shows, and my feet really get hammered. I make sure that when I am not dancing / teaching fitness / working / working out I wear the most comfortable shoes possible to give my feet a break.
There is some magic stuff I use too, but I don't know how successful you will be in getting it in the States because of customs and stuff. Heres the site: http://www.yunnanbaiyao.com.cn/ehtml/eproduct.htm
I use the spray and sticky plasters, it really is miracle stuff.

I used to sit on a chair and do reflexology on my feet, during the night, helped alot I was running in my stilletos in no time. hehe

Try soaking your feet in a warm bath of epsom salts.... does wonders for me!!!![]()
