Hey. Have ragin' seasonal allergies, always get 'em this time o' year. I now take Country Life brand, Aller-Max. It has vit. C, A, zinc, the herb: stinging nettle, and something call Quercetin. I also take lots of Vitamin C, & drink citrus juices. Also have 2 air cleaner machines goin'. Anyone have any other ideas/remedies?

I don't think much can be done about seasonal allergies, except just to ride it out.I'm terribly sorry, you're feeling miserable right now though.

I hate allergies! Flonase is the only thing that has ever helped me. My RX ran out though.

    CoQ-10 helps with immunity.

The only thing that has ever completely worked for me is called Novo-Pheniram. It's over-the-counter and comes in an extremely generic-looking bottle and is very cheap- $8 for 100 pills (in Canada). No side effects at all (and I get side effects from everything!).

I googled it quickly- looks like what I have is made by Novopharm, Toronto; it's prescription at 2mg in the US, otc at 4mg up here. Chlorpheniramine maleate is the generic name- Histussin and Histinex down there. Or if you're near the border, just c'mon up and grab a bottle- I swear, it's magic!

TY Scarlett! I live in IL, but will try to check it out/find. I also get side effects from everything; hence 'natural' products. & TY OtB.
