Oh trust me I know!
But the release date has been pushed back for two years now!!!!
I'm the ultimate Last Unicorn junkie. I even have the t-shirt!
Because there ain't no tits on the radio
yeah, what's up with dat shite? 2 years? phoey
well, in terms of junkies, I use to be the ultimate.. since I was 3 until probably 8 years old (i.e. 25), I would have the following conversation with my parents:
Dad: Kids what movie would you like to rent
Me/Sister: The Last Unicorn!! (or GI Joe the movie)
Dad: But you just saw that last weekend, and the weekend before that, and last Tuesday... what else?
Me/Sister: ummmmmmm....
Me/Sister: THE LAST UNICORN!!!!
Dad: :sigh: ok ok... :grumbles: :mumbles underneath his breath - those DAMN kids:

lol!
I own it now! I'm so happy. Lol, I found it while I was on vacation and called my mom long distance and roaming on my cell just to tell her.
Because there ain't no tits on the radio
LOL...oh, can I borrow it?I'll return it, I promise!!
Where'd you get it from? I'm gonna have to find it...that was one of my faves back in the day...LOL

I remember watching the last unicorn over, and over and over. That and sheera.
I can't belive there are other peole out there who have seen that movie.
It would be kind of neat to watch it now- But on mushrooms![]()

That song they play at the end when she runs away as a unicorn always made me cry :'(

hmmmm...well I"m skeptical of the sequel. Most sequels don't hold a candle to the original plus it's animated?? I just don't see how it could be anything like Tom Cruise and that beautiful girl (I only know her as Sloane from Ferris Bueller)

I got it at a Tower records in LA, but amazon.com has them too (and cheap!)!Originally Posted by VenusGoddess link=board=1;threadid=12590;start=msg163174#msg163 174 date=1093410335

And by the way, the new movie is just a remake. Not a sequel. It will be live action and part CG. And Christopher Lee is helping to make sure it stays true to the book.

I have Legend...and I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! I'm going to watch it right now.![]()

In case I haven't posted enough here....

The soundtrack for the movie is here.
Including the song you like at the end, Mag.

That has to be the greatest animated film ever IMHO. I got a stuffed purple unicorn after watching the film, and thought it was real. It was left in a hotel room on vacation, and I cried for days......

Anyhoo.. What I was saying was that I have never seen the Last Unicorn. I should get it though. But, I LOVED "Legend"!
Legend ... another excellent movie![]()
never saw the last unicorn, never will

oh come on now. never say never. Did you at least see Ledgend?
I was waiting for Satan to do the time warp.
I did dig legend, though... But where was Riff Raff and Magenta?

Haha, I have among my prized collection of useless junk: a Last Unicorn Xmas ornament, and two Last Unicorn stuffed animals, all movie licensed when the movie was first released in theaters about 20 years ago.Originally Posted by hardkandee link=board=1;threadid=12590;start=msg162996#msg162 996 date=1093396757
