So I finally got my nipple re-pierced, I had it done previously for about a year, and it's been out for about a year and a half. I went back to my piercer when I decided to get it re-done, and he told me he could do it right through the scar tissue (he did this with my friend's belly button). I was happy about that, b/c I really liked where it was and the way it sat last time. Well, it's not through the same scar, it's kind of behind it, so the piercing is wider (if that makes sense to anyone) and there is "more nipple" in between the 2 holes. This is making my pierced nipple (the actual nipple, not areola,) look bigger than the otherand I really don't like it. When it heals fully I'm going to change it to a barbell, like I had before, but I hope that it starts to look normal again! Has anyone had this done before or have any suggestions? Do I have any better options than wait it out and hope it looks better? I don't want to pierce the other one, although I know that's an option.
