    Has anyone seen/read the
'womens guide to weight training' book by Hers magazine

    http://www.shapeboutique.com/wogutowetr.html

I am thinking about getting it but was hoping to get an opinion first.

My fave book is called Body for Life. It covers everything...it's my bible...

I've looked at all of the others and just prefer the BFL.
