Yes you may have to dermablend your whole body. Sorry, but it will make it easier for you to get hired at the upscale vegas clubs like Treasures, Jaguars, Spearmint Rhino, Saphires, or Club Paradise.
I liked working at Strip Tease, as it had a nice laid back atmosphere, but not too laid back where anything goes. A customer had a death grip on me and the bouncer was over pretty quickly to make him let go of my boobs. I didn't have to cover my tattoo at Spearmint Rhino either, but I was only allowed to work days as I had small boobs. I only have one tattoo on my stomache that is only about 6-7" long and about 5" across, so not a real big tattoo, but not tiny either.
As far as extras, yeah, they happen everywhere. But if you stay with clubs in Vegas that serve alcohol, and are outside of city limits you will have a better chance of avoiding tons of extras. The clubs in city limits have more liberal dance rules than the clubs in county, so more goes on in those clubs.
Since you are living in Washington, I know of a bachelor party booking company that I work for in Oregon. I do Strip-a-gram type of shows, and the customers are usually nothing but nice. They are based out of Seattle. The website is http://www.westrip.com
This is also a company that books me into Montana. I love Montana, but it doesn't agree with everyone. It is pretty redneck here. I'm working in Montana this week.
I wish you luck. I am heading to Vegas in a few days, so let me know when you will be there.
take care, Paris

I work at crazy Horse Too and I have 2 Tattoos that I never cover on my lower back and my stomach. you wont have a problem there

Five years ago you would have had a problem getting hired at the more upscale Vegas clubs. Now they have become more relaxed about tattoos...as long as they are small and not very extreme or offensive, you will most likely be hired. If you have any tattoos of this type, I would strongly urge you to cover them with dermablend before you hit up of the any of the upscale clubs trying to get hired. Nowadays dancers without tattoos in Vegas have become a statistical rarity.
Haha, I always used to say that when I permanently retired from dancing I was going to get a big tattoo so that I would be un-rehireable, therefore removing all temptation for me to dance again. I don't have to worry about that anymore...I've literally seen men with breast implants working as dancers in Vegas strip clubs.
