I stumbled across this site by looking around Google. I think it's relevant to everyone, and I hope all of you choose to pursue it. Pass it on to coworkers, friends, everyone.

Great stuff voodoo!
I used to run stanford's folding program on dozens of PC's at the office, but then later switched to United Devices (funded by Intel) for the same kind of research.
UD/Grid.org has a much less intrusive, and more results-based cancer research program that you can download at:
http://www.grid.org/download/gold/download.htm
It's the same concept- an agent that runs in your systray using only spare CPU cycles that folds/combines proteins and molecules to find a cure for cancer.
I've been on UD/Intel's cancer research team since 9/2003, with 86,000 points generated and 518 "hits" or results for laboratory research.
If there is interest here, and if Pryce would allow- I think forming a Team: StripperWeb would be a great idea. If we could get a few people to run the agent, then we can create the Team, and all have results from this site. This goes for both Stanford's folding and Intel's LigandFit/Cancer research programs.
I sign off United Devices as being stable, non-invasive and with zero impact to your PC. I had a few issues with Stanford's folding application, but the UD agent you never even know it's running. It's been great, 100% stable, and doesnt take ANY power from your PC when you are using it.
It doesn't matter if you're somebody in this world, it rather matters you mean the whole world to somebody.
That sounds awesome. hopefully we can get some other people in here interested. I'm actually surprised that you are the only one that responded. I'll check out the link now and tell you what I think.
Just as I suspected. It's PC-only. I have a Mac so it looks like I'll be sticking to [email protected] Thanks for the info, though. I'll be sure to pass it on.
