Default k-os, crabbuckit - what is this genre called?

Title says it all...the song is crabbuckit, artist k-os. I know it's jazzy rap, but does it have a particular genre name that signifies it's uptempo-ness? Thanks for any help!

edited: what genre does tribe called quest fall under? Is it the same one as above? Sorry, I'm mildly retarded- I just want to know where to look to find new music I like, and the above is stuff I like

It's just hip hop. There really is no major subdivisions except for mainstream and underground. Some people call ATCQ "true school" and they were part of a movement of similar minded emcees and producers called the Native Tongues (Jungle Brothers, De La Soul, ATCQ, Monie Love and to a lesser extent KMD, Brand Nubian, Leaders of the New School.)
