Hi guys,
Just hoping for some advice...
I am 5'3 117pounds about 21% bodyfat. I am not looking at competing or anything serious at this stage but want to work on decreasing my body fat. (I know my abs are under there somewhere) What is a realistic bodyfat to aim for and what is the best way to get there, at this stage I aim heading for 110 pounds 17% does that sound feasible?. I have read various things on cardio and how carbs affect it and would appreciate anything anybody could add.
