I haven't tried it but, I had thought about it after I saw Anna Nicole's transformation. However I quickly changed my mind after reading the possible side effects. One of which is your troat swelling shut if you don't get enough water !! That was enough to my me think twice.
Have you tried adding more protein to your diet and Tonalin CLA.
Here is the website for Trimspa so you can read the risks for yourself
www.trimspa.com and the one for Tonalin CLA www.tonalin.com

Yeah babe but you have to just change your diet. I used to taked Ripped Fuel and a lot of problems because of it.

I am currently taking LPP protein and Tonalin CLA and the results are very good. Tonalin CLA is derived from Safflower oil and is all natural. Try taking a good multi vitamin like Green Source. Sometimes when we crave carbs, our bodies are lacking certain vitamins.
Also are you drinking at work ? If so that could be why you are gaining weight too .

Yeah...beer has tons of salt...which is a water retainer.

You can easily lose the weight without diet pills. The key is to increase your LMM (lean muscle mass) through weight training and doing cardio. The first month can be discouraging as you may not see much change, but usually by the 2nd month, the excess pounds just start melting off. I recommend the Body for Life book. It's got a great workout/meal schedule and it works.

I used Trim Spa right before I got married and it works really quickly. The pills are a litte large and you need to drink tons of water through out the day. I lost almost 20 lbs in about 3 weeks and we all know that it isn't healthy but I will say that it works. Use it along with a new diet and exercise because once you stop taking them that weight comes right back on in a flash.

How much water is a lot and did you have any side effects ? Like rapid heart beat, feeling dehydrated or anything like that ?

The DJ at my club is currently on it and I saw a huge transformation...turns out he lost 30 lbs in 30 days with it and exercise (he has a personal trainer too).

He suggested it to the housemom and she said while she lost weight from it, it gave her headaches. So it appears to work!

I always go by this DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU! If you think Trim Spa will work for you then do it if you think cutting back on your carbs then do it.

What seems to be the issues is maybe you need to work out and drink more water and add some protein into your diet and stop the drinking and you should see a difference and stop eating after 7pm chew gum if you get hungry but if your working I know its hard to eat a whole meal so eat before you go to work and just work it off and drink tons of water.

    Good Luck!

Using a supplement along with a diet and exercise plan is a surefire way to get the results you want. If you want to try trimspa, my advice would be to first change your eating habits and trying to include more exercise and then add the trimspa in. It will take hard work and time, but you will lose weight~!~~

I didn't really have any side effects except feeling a little warm for a short period. Not bad. I took the whole system and it's a litle pricey and not the best way to lose weight but it does work and for a short cut to get where you want to be it will do the trick. I was drinking over a gallon of water a day at that time but that's a good thing. You should drink a ton of water anyway.

I think that you shouldn't be relying solely on diet supplements to change your shape. If you were a certain weight, and then gained 25 pounds there has to be a reason. Correct me if i'm wrong but, you aren't 25 pounds bigger now because of a lack of trimspa, are you? If not, then that isn't an ideal solution for you. Focus more on exercising regularly (don't be afraid to workout hard!) and eating proper balanced meals focusing on reducing fat and carbs (just a little) and drinking lots of water. The only supplementation I take/will ever take is a multivitamin and Tonalin-CLA (a natural fat burner). Trimspa, hydroxycut, etc those types of supplementation (even without ephedra) are a quick fix...and not good for your body by any means. If taking them will help you get motivated to have an active lifestyle, then by all means take it. But if you are seriously trying to lose this weight, you are going to have to do it in a more practical way.
