Do you have an exercise ball at home? A good exercise to do it to squeeze the exercise ball between your knees and do reverse crunches (bring your knees towards your chest). It works out your inner thighs and your lower abs.

I also forgot to mention that if you don't have an exercise ball at home, they aren't too expensive. I got one at Walmart that came with the pump for about $11.

Also try lunges, regular squats and plie' squats like a ballerina. Plie' squats can be done with you legs just over shoulder width apart with your feet turned out slightly. keeping you abs tight and good posture, while hanging on to something, slowly lower yourself towards the floor, going only as far as to not disturb your straight posture. When you reach that point hold for a few seconds and then slowly raise yourself back to original starting position. Start with 10 reps at two sets. If you can do more great, if not keep working at them until you can do up 10 sets of ten. Remember to keep your abs contracted so your posture stays correct. Try putting your back against a wall to learn how the correct posture feels when performing the movement.

Spot toning/training is bad. If you want to "improve" your body, you need to do a full body workout. Otherwise you will have problems with some muscles being stronger than others...your body will be out of sync. I prefer the body for life book. It teaches you how to do a full body workout...and while losing the "bad" spots, you also improve the good, as well.![]()
I'm toning my thighs too, but i'm using a thigh master, I haven't got a workout ball yet, but i plan on it soon.

VenusGoddess is 100% correct. The Best excercise for your legs is definitely squats. Another good way too do them is to use an excercise ball and put it behind your lower back for support. Then you would just squat down and as your going down, push your hips/butt to the wall so that your knees don't go past your toes.
