Default NYC vs. CT vs. RI vs. MA

What are all the earning potentials of these places compared to each other. I know earnings depend on how upscale the club is, the appearance of the dancer, hussle techniques, etc. but generally do people go down to NYC to go to clubs? I heard boston sucks because of the laws and everyone then goes to RI, is this true? Does everyone go to RI from CT as well? Are the state laws really strict in these places or is it more strict county/township laws??

Also which of these states can you work in when you're under 21? In ohio at 18 you can work at any strip club (21+).

    Thanks for any info.

While there is tremendous variation from one club to another, in general the following points apply.

TOP SHELF Manhattan clubs offer the highest dancer earnings potential in the northeast. Because of this, these clubs have the most dancers attempting to be hired, and these clubs can afford to be 'picky'. (note - there are top shelf clubs and bottom shelf clubs located only a few blocks apart, so do your homework!)

Clubs in other areas of NYC and suburbs (i.e. Long Island) generally offer significantly lower earnings potential than top shelf Manhattan clubs.

Providence RI clubs operate under the most lenient laws and law enforcement of any clubs in the northeast. For dancers who are comfortable operating in this sort of high mileage environment, these clubs can have very good earnings potential. However, girls who are not used to high mileage clubs are likely to be disappointed.

In general, MA and CT have very decent clubs to work in. Mileage is low to medium. Earnings potential is also middle of the road as well.

Also be aware that seasonality plays a big part in northeast clubs. The summer season (which essentially just ended) is of course the best time, regionally speaking. When snow and cold weather sets in it really puts a damper on club business levels. Downtown clubs in big cities are less affected by seasonality (at the top shelf clubs. business arguably gets even better as the weather gets worse), and suburban clubs are most affected.

You are quite correct that the proximity of state lines can also make a big difference, as can an unfavorable local political climate for clubs (i.e. Boston).

In regard to northeast clubs hiring dancers who are under 21, clubs which serve alcohol are generally very strict about this. While state laws do not absolutely require that persons working where alcohol is served be 21, clubowners face a huge risk of having their liquor license suspended should a state inspector come into a club undercover and discover a dancer under age 21 has been drinking. Therefore club policies in clubs which serve alcohol generally dictate that only dancers who are 21 or older will be hired.

Nude clubs in the northeast are usually very happy to hire girls who are under 21. However, nude clubs also tend to have higher mileage requirements than topless alcohol clubs (at least to earn decent money).
