Yowsa. If the legs are as good as the arms, I'm gonna have to buy CO and Blade a round of beers and tell them to scoot over. She could snap me in two with those things.

Well, if a guy doesn't want a dance, you could make an alternative suggestion of an arm wrestling match (he's gotta pay you double if you win).

So Vaden if this dancing thing ever gets old, are we going to see you on the fitness pageant circuit anytime soon? Or perhaps a pictorial for Fit Beauties?
    You never know......

Funny, because when I have my legs up on a guy's shoulders on stage, the dj usually says, "Watch out buddy, she could snap your neck like a twig". LOL

Gawd! I'm proud of my little arm bump, but my bicep is about the size of your tricep!

I'm firm in my theory that it's a genetic/body type thing... I have some friends who are buff as hell like you, Vaden, and they also don't work out except at work. We all do similar pole stuff, but they have these rockin' muscles, and I'm all waify...

I do work out from time to time and I do other things beside pole work but, I have to agree that it is my genetics that are blessing my body. I build muscle fast...

^ Yeah, Mystery kinda puts the rest of us to shame, but that's probably for the best.

No one is going to pay to see me all oiled up, and certainly not to swing around a pole.

Okay. Vaden asked, so she shall receive. Here's yours truly doing some, ahem, arm curls.

This got incredibly strenuous after thirty seconds, so I had to quit, sit down at my computer, and ehh, drink my "dumbell" while reading threads.

    Mmm, grape.

Later on, I worked my biceps by lifting a sack of potatoes. They said 'Lays' on them.

Okay everyone, put those tomatoes down. They're kinda heavy you know.

My arm looks exactly like your boyfriends...only smaller...less defined...a little flabby...no tattoos.

whoooa nelllly, I just found this post and Vaden's arm because it was being mentioned in another post.

Nice muscle tone Vaden, is your left the same size, slightly smaller or larger?

I'm right handed so naturally the right is slightly bigger than the left, not by much though..

    Thanks CV!

I go to the gym everyday except Sunday.
I have a fast metabolism so I have to drink lots of protein shakes to balance out for my hard workout. ( Prolab Enlarge II)
I enjoy working out, you feel a lot better about yourself afterwards.

Scarlette, you sort of remind me of Liv Tyler. Hmm, just gave me a thread idea.
