After a summer of barely exercising at all (some light cardio a couple times a week, sporadic yoga sessions) I have finally started going back to the gym. Haha, some of you ladies heard a long story about that!! After two weeks of going back, i've lost 5 pounds! Yay! I feel really motivated though, because if I skip a day...by the time 2 o clock rolls around i'm practically asleep. Rest days are important, I know, and I enjoy them. But if I skip an actual gym day, I get really pissed off at myself and don't feel good. This is a good sign. I'll hopefully post before and after pics if this leads to a lot of muscle gain/weight loss (Which it better!!!)![]()
