I'd like to offer my services to all you wonderful SW members....
Before I start just want you to know that this isn't going to cost you anything!
I am a certified yoga instructor and am currently studying nutrition, I have alot of background and personal experience in these 2 topics and would like to be able to put my knowledge into practise. I study because I want to be able to help... not so I can make money. (Thats why I dance lol!).
So if you have a health concern (big or small) and would like some advice than I would be more than happy to offer my suggestions and put together a personalised plan for you via email.

2- Your typical days routine including meals, times and exercise.

4- Current health concerns.
