    Default lavendar and pumpkin pie!!!!

I was just reading about a research study of what scents increased penile blood flow in men (i.e. gave guys a woody) and the number one combination was lavendar and pumpkin pie!! Second best was licorice and donuts, third best was donuts and pumpkin pie. (Roses did nothing, BTW.)

I can't wait to try this out!! I already love the smell of lavendar, so that'll be easy. I've never seen any pie-scented perfumes or oils, though, so that might be trickier...maybe I should just carry a slice around with me? I bet carrying around a box of donuts would totally boost your dance sales...

And here's a link to the website of the guy that did the research, if anybody's interested.

When guys ask you why you're carrying around a box of donuts you can tell them you're looking to use them in a game of ring toss!

Well, that explains a whole lot.. I use B&B Works lavendar scented body lotion on my gal with pumpkin pie scented candles going. Who'd a thunk?
It doesn't matter if you're somebody in this world, it rather matters you mean the whole world to somebody.

I actually got a lot of interest from men when I wore "Black Cashmere" (Donna Karen) to work which is Licorice based. Funny, that.

LOL...verfolgung, that reminds me of a joke I learned in junior high -- something about the difference between donuts and Cheerios...

The fact that our sense of smell is powerful is no news to me as I have been an aromoatherapy fan for a long time, but I did not know about the correlation between smells and hard ons - that is a new one for me. :o

Lavender is one of the smells I burn in my apartment, but my absolute faves are myrhh and frankinsence. I would be interested to hear if anyone else is into aromatherapy too, and if so what their faves are.

LOL.. Well, all I know is that I can't take the hubby into Yankee Candle with me. He LOVES all the scents there. I think it's moreso that he thinks it's all edible than anything else. I can't tell you how many times I've caught him trying to take a bite out of the candles. His favorite is baked apple pie.

Chad.. I'm BIG TIME into Aromatherapy! Aside from Frankincense & Lavender, I have a liquid potpourri called "Zen" that I absolutely adore! It's always burning in my house. It's made by "Botaniques", and I think I got it at Walmart, I can't remember. It's really thick too, so the huge bottle will last a very long time. One of my most favorite things to do is when the house is all quiet and the baby and hubby have gone to bed, I take a nice bath and burn the potpourri and candles. It's so calming.

    LMAO -

This is why my man goes nuts when I come out of the bubble bath (soaking in lavendar bubbles) and the Yankee Pumpkin Pie candles are burning around me...

Yeah, I'm sure it's all JUST about the lavender and pumkin pie.

Something tells me there's more to it than that....

Hmmmm, I remember a few years back one of the top scents to attract men was cinnamon rolls. LOL I guess it reminds them of a better time? Anyway this would never work for me, I hate the smell of lavender!!!

But I do love a good punkin' pie!
