    Default Dirty dancers *rant*

Lately at my club business has been down.. hell who am i kidding ive only been making 1/2 of what i usually make on weekends for the past 2 weeks, and ive been more aware of whats going on in the lapdance area... I couldnt believe my eyes when the girls that makes most of the money there was actually being nasty... and its really hurting money for the otehr girls.. i mean one of these girls sticks her pussy in the guy's face and rubs it on them.. lets them lick /finger her.. Ive seen this... the manager knows what going on and his reply was "guess i need to get a dance from her then.."

it doesent help that she goes up to a guy while his ATF is sitting there and get dances from them and steal the regulars from the dancers.

Ive actually gotten into it with these girls myself.. it just proves to get me no where..

What should i do? this is the most popular club around the area... but im getting tired of these girls to the point ........ yah i wanna kick some skanky ass.. ill put it that way

I'd say switch clubs, but we never do, do we?
I have had to deal with the same stuff at quite a few clubs.... I especially hate it when guys ask why I don't do what so and so did..... I answer because I like to give only him a special dance and don't want to share what we have with anyone else so I don't act like so and so.
Sometimes it works and sometimes not...
If I were you, I would change the way I danced (NO NO not doing anything dirty) Use your eyes.... The thing that the dirty girls don't do is let the customer feel as if he is the only one in the world for them and if you change the way you dance it seems like you are a complete new girl and not the one they had gotten dances from before.
So start outlooking him in the eyes, go very slow and do less tricks, when your back is turned look over at him. Even if you do all this now, up it! The dirty girls aren't being sensual they are being sexual and many customers like the ones that make them feel special, not as if they were just another John.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

it's just he turn that dancing is taking now days. the dirty girls are always going to be there if they are allowed by managers to work. i knew of a manager who liked the drug addicts, because they were always there and worked like hell for that fix! even in realitivly clean clubs there are girls that will bend if not break the rules. sometimes they are top earners and the club WILL keep them.

That sucks I'd switch clubs. No one should have to work in a club enviroment that they are uncomfortable with.

When a customer asks why you don't do "dirty" dances just tell him that unlike some of your co-workers you prefer to stay STD free.

Whoa I can't beleive a manager would see what was going on and then make a joke about the situation!!! Sounds like you need a new club. No one should have to compete with girls who are stooping to a level that is unacceptable. Check out some other clubs in the area. Good luck!!!

I had a manager say that if he didn't see it happen then there was nothing he could do about it.... Well, he wasn't the one watching the lap dances, so I guess he just couldn't do a darn thing about it.. His hands were tied.
    What a joke.

I would say change managers. If that means having this one fired fine,if not, time to change to a club that will protect you in the lapdance room.

Changing clubs might get you a more supportive manager and a working environment in which you are more comfortable, which would be well worthwhile of course, but it may not be an effective way to recover your previous income level. If most of the customers in your area, or actually the customers spending most of the money in your area, are looking for those sort of "dirty" dances, they will simply go to the clubs with the dancers that provide them. In other words, changing clubs means that such "dirty" competitition isn't in your face as much, but it is still there in the marketplace and will still be attracting the same amount of customer spending.

Of course, if it is just one or a few dancers getting away with something in a single club or with a single manager, it will probably only be a temporary and local problem and moving or just waiting might well restore your earnings.

The club rules should be the same for everyone. If those rules become uncomfortable or beyond your boundaries I dont see many options other than to move on.

I'm against dirty dancers, so I would get into a conversation with the customers about how many STDs she probably has and about how many people she "dances" with every day and they might realize how nasty it is... it might help a little.

Putting your mouth on strange pussy isn't the best way to go.

I'd say drop a dime on your manager, go over his head. Most clubs don't have just one manager. Was the guy you talked to the head manager ot some underling douchebag?

Ask your manager if the money he's making from the dirty girls will pay his bail when the place gets raided and he gets busted for pandering. What an asshole.

It's a product of the times, folks...and we, like our parents and grandparents, will be saying, "Back in the day...."

You cannot avoid it. Television is more explicit......video games are more explicit...MTV is more explicit. This is not about right or wrong. If (most of) our grandparents had their way, those of you who dance would not even have these jobs.

Quite the double edged sword, ain't it?

I'm with Nina on this one.

Does this club serve alcohol by chance? If so that's even better because if a club gets busted they often lose their liquor license- which aren't all that easy to get and are refused to people who have had certain types of records. A prostitution bust is one of them.

I'd try to go right to the owner if you can. Make up a story if you need to about feeling like or seeing undercovers in the club recently and how that worries you because of what's being allowed to go on in the lapdance area. Explain that your not only worried about yourself but THEM because you know what kind of investment they must have in the busniess and how you'd hate to see them lose it because of some skank ho and a retarded manager.

    Two choices.

Market yourself as the classy girl and make your dances slower and more sensual, use classier language, don't talk about other girls, etc.

    Or find a new club.

I'd say it depends on the area... the marketability in your area of the classy image, the liklihood of a bust, etc.

There will alwayssss be dirty girls, and if they are the ones raking in the cash, chances are management will keep them. Sad but true.

Just keep your head up and work your charm. You are a DAMN hottie, and I'm sure many guys would pay to just sit with you, let alone lap dance with you.

I don't buy this. As many dancers that have been in the business for 5+ years can tell you, it has been on the decline primarily in the last few years due to many factors.

As for the "bang for the buck" idea, true, in many respects. There will always be guys in SC's that will have something to complain about.

In my club, we do lapdances but the guys can't touch us and they're bikini. So they complain we can't take our clothes off and/or grope us.

In New Orleans, we did topless lapdances and some guys would complain that we couldn't take off our bottoms.

In clubs where the guys can touch your boobs, they complain about not being able to touch your pussy.

And so on and so forth...

They're just little babies that need to be metaphorically bitchslapped because they're testing boundaries. Too bad there are dancers that are lazy and stupid enough to do all this shady stuff to make money and ruin it for the rest of us.

Letting a man eat you out for money is prostitution. Like I've often said, if you're gonna be a ho, be the best one you can be, just keep it out of the damn club and let the clean dancers dance for their money.

Unfortunately for many dancers, continuing to dance "clean" while other girls are willing to go the extra mileage usually means meager earnings. Often changing clubs in the same city yields the same result, because local cops either enforce the law or they don't. In order to find another club which does offer decent earnings potential without major mileage expectations, it may be necessary to travel to a different city.

If local cops are not enforcing the law, then clubowners are 99% of the time going to go with whatever earns the most money for the club. If dirty dancers are selling 3 times as many private dances as "clean" dancers, and if the club is collecting a percentage, then that makes a "dirty" dancer 3 times more valuable than a "clean" one in the eyes of the clubowner.

Translation - do not expect clubowners to crack down on dirty dancers out of general principles. They know who is earning the most money for them ! About the ONLY reasons that a clubowner will crack down on dirty dancers is because local law enforcement has begun to grumble, or because the clubowner wishes his club to hold onto an 'upscale' reputation.

You don't buy what? That our society continues on an ethical, moral and "permissive" decline, or that there is a correlation between the two?
